Our stay was a very relaxing experience. The hotel itself was magnificent and fairly clean with a downstairs bar. All of the staff was knowledgeable and attentive to guests. The attached restaurant was wonderful, they served good food.

The restaurant at Cocoon Hotel was excellent, with a varied menu and delicious food. We were especially impressed with the extensive breakfast options. The staff was attentive and accommodating, making sure our needs were met. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants. The hotel's pet-friendly policy was a bonus, allowing us to bring our furry friend along without any issues. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Great location, easy drive to F1 circuit. Superior room and meals were excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Lovely town square with bars. Ideal for motorcyclists.

The hotel offered free parking and was located in the centre of a charming village. The buffet breakfast had a variety of both hot and cold options.

The rooms were not soundproof at all, and the noise from the neighbouring room was clearly audible. The plumbing in the bathroom was not functioning properly with the sinkwater being slow to drain, and the toilet water not coming regularly.

Stayed here for the Belguim F1 Grand Prix. 30-40 min easy drive to the circuit. Superior room on Half board basis. Very pleased with room and meals. Excellent buffet-style breakfast. Good quality evening meals. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Lovely town center with bars/hotels. Will revisit. Enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing time during our stay at this place. The location is perfect, right in the center of town along the beautiful river Ourthe. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was perfect, and the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. We also appreciated the fact that our dog was welcome here. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the highway made it convenient for us to continue our journey.

Had a great new year getaway, a good place to ring in the new year. Prices were reasonable for the superb deals offered. The room was well-kept, clean, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was great with a broad range of options to choose from, we really enjoyed the fresh fruit and coffee. The location was quiet and peaceful with easily accessible surroundings.

The staff seemed somewhat disoriented and under stress with the extra holiday guests and had a hard time managing everything. Unfortunately, the dinner that we had could have been improved.
